Hi! My name is Lindsay Bottiny, and I'd like to thank you for stopping by and visiting my website.  I am a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience helping clients relax, recover, and feel their best. 

I graduated from the Virginia School of Massage in 2011 and shortly thereafter passed the NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork) exam and became licensed to practice massage therapy in the state of Virginia by the Virginia Board of Nursing.

My professional background includes working with major massage therapy providers such as Massage Envy and Hand & Stone, as well as The Mimslyn Inn in Luray, Virginia. I also have experience in medical massage from my time working in a chiropractor’s office, which has strengthened my understanding of therapeutic and corrective bodywork.

I'm now located at First Choice Therapeutic Massage in Stephens City. I truly look forward to meeting you and treating all of your massage needs.
